As a buyer, you can cancel a Purchase Order using the CANCEL button on the Purchase Order details page.
1. Select the Purchase Order to cancel from the Purchase Order ledger.
2. Use the Cancel button on the right of the screen to cancel a Purchase Order and Proceed with the cancellation.
3. Once the Purchase Order has been cancelled the document status will update to CANCELLED on the details view and the total amount value of the Purchase Order will show as zero.
4. The status CANCELLED will show on the Purchase Orders ledger.
