As a buyer, you can cancel a Purchase Order using the CANCEL button on the Purchase Order details page.
1. Select the Purchase Order to cancel from the Purchase Order ledger.
2. Use the Cancel button on the right of the screen to cancel a Purchase Order and Proceed with the cancellation.
3. On cancellation, the status will change to CANCELLED and the total amount will be zero.
4. The CANCELLED status will also appear in the Purchase Order ledger.
